Important information when placing your order:

You must chose an order collection/delivery date and time when placing your order. If you fail to do this the system will not allow you to complete your order. You are required to allow a full 5 days when choosing your date and time - but please do not include weekends as we do not cook on weekends we only deliver on Saturday or Sunday evenings.  Pick up can still be arranged at convenient times between 10am and 9pm most weekdays and can be arranged on weekends to suit us both.  The cut off time each day is mid-day so orders placed after this time will carry over to the next day. Allergen/Intolerance Policy:

Please be aware that all our meals/desserts are produced in the same kitchen area and may contain allergens.  This includes but is not restricted to nuts, wheat , eggs & dairy products. If you are aware of any allergies and intolerances you may have then please let us know prior to ordering.

 

Our Privacy Policy:

We do not store credit card details nor do we share information with any third parties

 

Delivery Information:

Delivery is available on weekends only so please only chose pick up if you require your order during the week. Due to increased demand we are now asking that you give 1 weeks notice on orders where possible to allow us to process your meals.

Discount Codes:

We offer discounts to a number of groups we support. Currently we accept discount codes from Victory Group Fitness & Rawmarsh Runners. If you would like to receive a discount code please get in touch to see if this can be arranged for your group.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Once in a while things don't go to plan and The Fakeaway Cafe understands this. We do not charge you for cancelling your order but we do ask that you give us plenty of notice if you want to delay delivery/collection or cancel altogether.  We make your orders exclusively for you and meals are prepared ready for freezing 24 hours prior to collection .
